Designed for suspension above existing work areas, the Pure Aire OH3000 series modules allow total utilization of floor space. They provide Class 100 (ISO 5) or better clean air environment over instruments, equipment and any particulate sensitive procedure. Use of OH3000 series modules in "non-clean room areas" will still provide Class 100 (ISO 5) or better clean air environment.
