The Pure Aire Class 100 (ISO 5) CM Series are modules that can be suspended individually or joined together to be used for an entire ceiling, to create a vertical flow cleanroom.  When placed under an air-conditioning duct they can produce a super-clean germ-free and dust-free area.  They are often used with existing facilities to provide a constant flow of clean air when the closed control of a clean workstation is not needed.
